Ours has become a litigious society. It looks like everyone wants to sue and fight.

It is a sound business decision to bring in a neutral investigator without bias to determine what happened so you can take appropriate action.

INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES

An investigation is a formal review and assessment of an issue to make findings of fact and conclusions regarding an allegation. The investigator talks to witnesses and reviews records to determine what really happened when facts are in dispute. The investigation can clear a person’s name or reveal their misconduct.

Investigations generally occur when someone alleges a violation of the law, like sexual harassment, sex discrimination, race, and national origin discrimination, or other wrongdoing.  Failure to investigate and take appropriate action could cost you and your organization.

Act Immediately!

The moment you hear of harassment, or an employee does not feel safe, or other appropriate times, take action and engage an investigator. You will want to protect yourself from legal liability and provide your employees with a safe workplace free of harassment, discrimination, or other wrongdoing. It is a sound business decision to bring in a neutral investigator without bias to determine what happened so you can take appropriate action.

Investigative Services generally occur due to employee misconduct. Investigation can occur when a conflict exists, but it is unclear whether the allegation is true. An evidentiary finding is needed. The investigator talks to witnesses and reviews records to determine what happened.
