I refer to being taught sin as socialized sin and define socialized sin as the process of being trained on accepted societal norms that are contrary to God’s word.
It’s bad enough that we have a sin nature,
Yes, we do, each and every creature.
But when we take our already sinful nature and teach others to sin.
There is no way on this earth we can win.
Sin on top of sin is a double whammy story.
Getting further away from giving God glory.
Bigotry and the like taught early on.
Takes deep roots that are so strong.
We prejudge each other, not understating our own thoughts and beliefs.
The cycle continues with bad feelings, false impressions, and misbelief.
We accept and practice societal norms contrary to God’s word
In our arrogance, we don’t recognize we are performing the absurd.
Renewing your mind is the only way out.
The angels in Heaven will rejoice and shout.
We act on what we have been taught, and it is deep down.
That is why hate for each other is so renowned.
Don’t know why we dislike each other so.
So immersed within us, when it started is hard to know.
We take actions based on your race.
Doing the wrong things from place to place.
Recognize we are not enemies of each other.
We have a common foe who causes us all woe.
Resist him to overcome sin from within.
Starting with Jesus is the way to begin.
